New this year is the Sub-Zero/Wolf Culinary Classic, hosted by Celebrity Chef Michael Symon, featuring three of the top chefs in Cleveland.     Don’t miss this exciting culinary challenge with Dante Boccuzzi of Dante; Jonathon Sawyer of The Greenhouse Tavern and Steve Schimoler of Crop Bistro racing against the clock to satisfy a panel of judges (yet to be announced).     The Cleveland Culinary Challenge will also serve as the main event for a fundraising party to benefit the Cleveland Area Restaurant Association (CARA) and Autism Speaks.
