Eligibility
The I-X Center will issue media credentials to members of the working press only. By definition, a member of the working press shall be a paid employee or representative of a known and established media organization (newspaper, magazine, television, radio, web site, etc.). All journalists who wish to attend The Fabulous Food Show must submit an application. Organizations may request more than one media credential; however, The I-X Center does not guarantee more than one credential will be awarded.
Applying does not guarantee that your agency will receive credentials - only a limited number will be issued.
Acceptance
The I-X Center will consider the following criteria for approval:
- Media organizations with a large daily circulation and/or a large audience.
- Local media specializing in culinary news.
- Media outlets which cover Food & Wine events on a regular basis.
Notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided with additional information.
Usage
Credentials must be worn at all times. Credentials may not be given to another person for any reason. Credentialed journalists will receive admission to the event and access to feature areas at the event as well as any other areas where media accreditation is applicable.
Misuse of a media credential will result in the immediate loss of the credential, removal from the event area and the possible loss of credential privileges for future events for the journalist and their organization.
Photography
Photographers wishing to cover The Fabulous Food Show must be on assignment from a recognized news organization and be using professional camera equipment. All photographs taken at the event are to be used solely for use by the publication for which an individual is credentialed, unless otherwise granted express written consent by The I-X Center. Photographs taken at The Fabulous Food Show are not to be sold to any other media outlet, organization or individual unless permission is granted by The I-X Center.
Television Coverage
Stations are asked to make advanced arrangements with The I-X Center marketing staff (Cindy Glynn - [email protected] or Heather Popa - [email protected]. The I-X Center will coordinate ideal locations for live remotes and/or tapes segments.
Proprietary Rights
It is understood that The I-X Center reserves the right and is permitted to use any publicized generated media event coverage (including but not limited to: print, photo, video, web, etc.) in its sole discretion for future marketing of The Fabulous Food Show. Requests for copies of such media will not be reasonably with held.
