Main Kitchen Theatre

A 1,500 seat theatre will host seven 30-minute daily performances by popular celebrity chefs Paula Deen,Tyler Florence and many others.

Culinary Celebration Theatre

An intimate 400 seat theatre will feature top ranked culinary professionals from around the country showcasing their talents in 30-minute demonstrations. A Question & Answer session and brief Chef Meet & Greet will follow each performance.

Taste of the Neighborhood Stage

The Taste of the Neighborhood Stage adjacent to Restaurant Row will feature daily presentations by the top chefs in Cleveland.

WINE & SPIRITS TASTING & SEMINARS

Grand Tasting Pavilion

The Cleveland Wine School will assemble more than 200 wines, spirits and specialty beers.

Wine Theatre

Daily seminars conducted by the Cleveland Wine School featuring topics of discussion for a wide range of taste.

A collection of more than 200 exhibiting companies sampling and selling products and services in preparation of the biggest holiday cooking season of the year.

The Chocolate Bar

From cakes and cookies to chocolate fondue fountains this intoxicating dessert pavilion will appeal to anyone with a sweet tooth.

Shop & Drop

Patrons can place purchases in a holding area to be picked up later, which allows them to remain on the show floor longer.
