Interactive Baking Pavilion (new in 2016):
The Baking Pavilion is a must for all baking enthusiasts! It will feature the latest trends in cake making, baking artisan breads and fabulous cake decorating. People of all ages will participate in hands-on demonstrations along with a live baking theater, classes and competitions all to be featured throughout the weekend. Spirits Pavilion
Cocktails are an important part of the culinary experience. Today’s cocktails emulate the finest culinary creations in the industry. At the 2016 Fabulous Food Show, the Spirits Pavilion is a destination – it is the high energy place to be featuring a Cocktail School where top mixologists, including Jeremy LeBlanc from Tin Play and Robbie Flair, top ranked Flair Bartender. Jeremy and Robbie will teach attendees how to prepare the latest in popular craft cocktails utilizing trending spirits, fresh ingredients, spices and herbs ideal for holiday entertaining. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
International Beer & Wine Pavilions
The International Beer and Wine Pavilion is the premier location to sample from hundreds of fine wines and craft beers on display. Sampling passports are available online and onsite. Must be 21 years or older to participate.
Celebrity Autograph Pavilion & Bookstore
Meet stars Michael Symon, Buddy Valastro, Daphne Oz, Aarón Sánchez and more. Autographs are FREE while time permits. Pick up a copy of their latest cookbook in our Merchandise Store and have it signed in person. General Admission ticket does not guarantee an autograph.
