Cake sculptor Natalie Sideserf has gained world-wide recognition by pushing the boundaries of cake design. After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Ohio State University, she combined her love of baking with her artistic skill and started Sideserf Cake Studio in Austin, Texas. With help from her talented (and goofy) husband Dave, Natalie makes television and event appearances internationally, and continues to experiment with cake sculpture shocking audiences with her innovative works of edible art.
In addition to baking and cake decorating, Natalie, Dave, and pet dog Mrs. Robinson like to “Keep Austin Weird” by leveraging many unique events the city has to offer including a plethora of food, art, and music festivals.
