Throughout his early adulthood, Bac had developed an increasing interest in cooking. His cooking style was, not surprisingly, a combination of old school Vietnamese techniques combined with classic American cooking. But having grown up in the restaurant business, Bac knew that it took a lot more to run a successful restaurant than being able to cook good food.

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is the largest hunger relief organization in Northeast Ohio having provided 47.8 million meals in 2015 to hungry people in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Ashland and Richland counties. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in our communities has the nutritious food they need every day.

Brian and Anthony are competing for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital!St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Unsure of his life’s direction, a young Danny Thomas sought guidance from St. Jude Thaddeus, the patron saint of hopeless causes. If the saint would point to the path he should take, Danny vowed to build a shrine in his name. Success followed Danny’s plea and soon after, the legendary entertainer set about fulfilling his vow to St. Jude. The result was St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
