Have a sweet tooth? Look no further than the all new Interactive Baking Pavilion at the Fabulous Food Show! People of all ages will participate in hands-on demonstrations along with a live baking theater, classes and competitions all to be featured throughout the weekend. The Baking Pavilion is managed by Carl and Catherine St. John from Western Reserve School of Cooking.

Natalie Sideserf Cake Sculpting Class
Cake sculptor Natalie Sideserf has gained world-wide recognition by pushing the boundaries of cake design. After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Ohio State University, she combined her love of baking with her artistic skill and started Sideserf Cake Studio in Austin, Texas.
