Culinary Celebration Theatre
The Culinary Celebration Theatre encapsulates both the Giant Eagle and The Plain Dealer stages. Culinary professionals and restaurateurs from Cleveland and around the country will be showcasing their skills in alternating and combined demonstrations. Watch Maria Isabella, author of In the Kitchen with Cleveland’s Favorite Chefs, challenging local chefs with their favorite last-minute recipes. The Tri-C Hospitality & Culinary Arts department will be presenting the NEO Culinary Challenge on Friday, November 9, and on Saturday the Great Sugardale BAC-ON will feature national finalists going head-to-head with their most creative bacon themed recipes. Closing out the evening will be the Taste of the Holidays, with the region’s finest culinary talent presenting inspirational seasonal dishes.
