(Cleveland, OH) The Grand Tasting Pavilion, hosted by The Cleveland Wine School, will feature more than 300 wines, spirits and specialty beers from around the world for guests to sample at the Fabulous Food Show, presented by Time Warner Cable. This incredible show, Ohio’s premier culinary event of the year, will be held November 14-16 at the I-X Center. You don’t want to miss this show!
“The Grand Tasting Pavilion at the Fabulous Food Show gives Clevelanders a great opportunity to sample and buy wines for their cellars and for the holidays,” said Marianne Frantz, president of The Cleveland Wine School. “The Wine Theatre seminars are the perfect place for beginners to attend seminars or for experts to further their education about wines from around the world.”
Back again this year, Restaurant Row features various top-notch restaurants, including Blue Canyon and Swingos selling tasting plates of their special creations and providing culinary demonstrations throughout the weekend. Here’s a great way to help you decide where your next dining experience and fun night out will be!
Wine tasters may purchase a passport to experience the wines. Each $10.00 passport includes: one Schott Zwiesel tasting glass made from Tritan Crystal and six (6) tasting tickets. Additional sampling tickets will also be available for purchase.
Numerous wine experts from around the country will conduct informative and entertaining daily seminars in the Wine Theatre for those interested in expanding their knowledge of wines and spirits. The 100-seat Tasting Theatre will have six to seven tastings per day and are FREE. These will include: How to Tasting 101, Wines from France, California Dreamin’, The Wines of Italy plus, many more. Additionally—on Sunday, Chef Brandt Evans of Blue Canyon, one of Cleveland’s top restaurants, will host a food and wine pairing.

Includes one performance and admission into the show. Paula Deen performance ticket requires an additional fee.
