(Cleveland, OH) The amazing Fabulous Food Show, presented by Time Warner Cable, is back again for the second year, November 9-11, at the I-X Center.  Dine this year in the NEW Fabulous Bistro, a 175-seat restaurant at the show and then top off the day at the Chocolate Bar! 

The Fabulous Bistro will serve plated meals such as a Tuscan pizza, grilled tuna and salmon, assorted salads, vegetarian and Panini sandwiches, plus much more.  On Sunday, make plans to attend a brunch featuring stuffed French toast, Belgian waffles, lox & bagels and other delicious items.  The Bistro will be open during all show hours.  Come in, sit down, take a break and let the staff serve you some delectable meals!

Even if you feel full after your scrumptious meal at the Fabulous Bistro, let’s face it, there’s always room for dessert!  That’s why the Fabulous Food Show has created the Chocolate Bar, the closest thing to heaven here on earth.  This dessert pavilion features three chocolate fountains, sweet and savory crepes, cakes, cookies and European sipping chocolates from Schokinag. 

Stop by and see various demonstrations on stage from regional chocolate experts.  Ann Blackwood of Norwalk, Ohio is a distinguished artist with unique and extraordinary skills as a caterer and chocolatier.  Blackwood's creative talent, organization skills adn extraordinary presentations are well-known in our area and are continuing to grow nationwide.  She has become renowned for her unique culinary artistry in edible art composed of chocolates, sweets and savory foods.  Blackwood will conduct numerous demos throughout the weekend that you will not want to miss!  Also, come and see Bev Shaffer, award-winning chef, culinary instructor, food columnist, and bakery director as she discusses her classic chocolate recipes and shows patrons how to make their special brownies even more irresistible.
