Fabulous Food Show – Ohio’s Premier Culinary Event

“Back again for the second year be sure to join us at the Fabulous Food Show as we serve up all your favorite national and international chefs,” said Eric German, show director. “Whether you want to collect some new recipes, learn the latest trends and techniques from world-class chefs, or purchase great wines and gourmet foods -- you’ll find what you’re looking for at the Fabulous Food Show.”

Your mouth will water as you see live daily demonstrations in the Main Kitchen Theatre by popular celebrity chefs such as Giada De Laurentiis, Alton Brown, Duff Goldman, Rick Bayless and Jason Roberts plus many more. This 1,900 seat theatre allows patrons to experience numerous daily demonstrations filled with tons of cooking tips and high-action presentations. After you see your favorite chef, stop over to the Celebrity Autograph Pavilion and get their autograph!

The Culinary Celebration Theatre, an intimate 400 seat theatre, will feature Australia’s most popular chef, Jason Roberts and “Ace of Cakes” Duff Goldman, plus many other top-ranked culinary professionals from Cleveland and around the country showcasing their talents in 30-minute demonstrations.

Fabulous Food Show Overview

Did you ever wonder how some of your favorite local dishes are prepared? Stop by the Taste of the Neighborhood Stage featuring the culinary exploits of Cleveland’s top chefs.

Don’t miss The Chocolate Bar, an intoxicating dessert pavilion featuring cakes, cookies, chocolate fondue fountains and, of course, chocolate martinis. Plus, enjoy live demonstrations from candy makers and chocolatiers. This is truly a slice of heaven for all chocolate lovers!

The Cleveland Wine School will assemble more than 300 wines and plenty of spirits and specialty beers for sampling in the Grand Tasting Pavilion and conduct informative daily seminars in the Wine Theatre.

The Shop and Drop area, a FREE, convenient secured fully-staffed area allows patrons to drop off their purchases and enjoy the show without having to drag their items around all day.
